My childhood dream was to become an author, and I never lost my love of language. You might say I'm quite obsessed with words - not only with meaning, but also sound. I have a lot of fun piecing syllables together like puzzles, and probably for that reason my poetry tends to lean more towards the lyrical end of the spectrum.
My preferred genres are poetry (of course) and speculative fiction, as well as character studies and more introspective pieces. I love writing interaction ... and really need to work on action.
I also enjoy reading and writing more conventional narratives, not to mention articles and reviews. And sometimes, a good old rant full of tantrums and tongue-in-cheek jibes as well.
